braised cornish hen with crisp micro greens with fresh berries, hints of pomegranate finished in peppered vinaigrette
paired with Clos du Bois Pinot Noir (Sonoma County, CA)

tender, slow roasted prime rib served with morel inspired polenta, herbed greens finished in cabernet infused tomato butter (or select seared, pepper crusted, fresh Ahi tuna)

banana scallops with fresh berry drizzle, topped with crispy nut toffee
