We all visited the Happy Earth Commune on Saturday evening to figure out who killed "Big Daddy". I am happy to say that I solved the mystery and won a lifetime supply of Pinot Noir (see the picture) for doing so. At the rate I drink Pinot Noir it might last a week actually! lol
A little Cuban culture may be found in Downtown Mount Dora these days! Next to Painter's Daughter on Donnelly St. between 3rd Ave. & 4th Ave you will find the brand new CopaCobana Cuban Cafe. Looking forward to the outside bar, Salsa music and the Mojitos coming soon.

Blues & Wine Festival – A fantastic 3 day event – Friday through Sunday – May 29, 30 and 31!! Listen to great Blues artists and enjoy some of the best wines in the country! The music starts Friday night, continues through Saturday afternoon/evening, and again on Sunday. The Wine Tasting is on Saturday.

The Beer Garden was hopping to the sounds of "Cool Dean" on Friday, April 3rd. Don't miss out as he returns to the Beer Garden on April 24th for another rendition. From Jazz to Celtic music Cool Dean will amaze you with his repertoire.
It was a gorgeous day for a Dragon Boat Festival and the turnout for the event was HUGE! 30 teams and all of their fans came out to compete and spectate. There was a little something for everyone from fabulous food vendors to world class entertainment by way of the Epcot Drummers from the Chinese Pavilion.
