2010 Mount Dora Spring Collectibles & Crafts Show

For Immediate Release:  March 14, 2010

The Mount Dora Village Merchants & Business Association, Inc. Presents the 2010 Spring Collectibles & Crafts Show

Mount Dora, FL - March 14, 2010

The 14th annual Spring Collectibles & Crafts Show kicks off in the streets of downtown Mount Dora on Saturday morning March 27th at 9:00am.  Record breaking crowds are expected to attend this years show which has more than doubled in size over previous years accompanied by unprecedented marketing and promotion in conjunction with media partners Cox Events Group and the Orlando Sentinel.  Events Chairperson Terry Abbott said, "This year features the broadest and most effective marketing campaign this show has ever received!"

"The response from exhibitors for the expanded Spring Collectibles & Crafts Show has been overwhelming," in the words of Event Coordinator Shirley Wold.  Last years show included 91 exhibitors which represented the largest participation to date in the shows 13 year history.  For the 2010 show, over 200 exhibitor spaces have been reserved and the show is now sold out!

Formerly known as the "Antique & Trades Fair" the show was renamed and expanded in an attempt to regain the foot traffic to downtown Mount Dora lost in the move by the Sunnyland Antique Boat Festival to the City of Tavares.

Welcome to the streets of historic Mount Dora from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, March 27th and 28th and "shop till you drop" as you peruse the collections and craftsmanship of over 200 exhibitors.  Please visit www.MountDoraSpringShow.com for more information.

Please remember that PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED at our events per City Ordinance, make plans for your furry friends prior to arrival.
